According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a motorcycle accident occurred in Big Spring on Sunday. The crash happened at the 3100 block of S Highway 87 at around 10:45 a.m.
According to the investigators, a motorcycle and a 34-year-old man were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the collision have not been reported at this time.
The officials stated that 34-year-old Ezau Melendez was identified as the driver of the motorcycle. Ezau, who suffered significant injuries, was later pronounced dead at the scene.
