33-Year-Old Brian Dillard Killed In A Motorcycle Accident In Amarillo (Amarillo, TX)

In an early morning motorcycle accident, 33-year-old Brian Dillard lost his life, according to information released by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The fatal crash, reported by a passerby at around 7:45 a.m., occurred on Wineinger Road. 

Troopers responding to the scene found that Dillard, the motorcycle driver, was heading northbound on Wineinger Road and approaching a curve. He was unable to negotiate the curve due to excessive speed. This led to a loss of control, causing the motorcycle to veer off the roadway and onto a dirt path west of the road.

Dillard was ejected from the motorcycle and was fatally injured. He was pronounced dead at the scene. He was later identified by the officials. Texas Highway Patrol Troopers are currently investigating the case.
