29-year-old Michael Ormsbee dead after a motorcycle crash in Bremerton (Bremerton, WA)

Authorities identified 29-year-old Michael Ormsbee, of Graham, as the man who lost his life following a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday in Bremerton.

The fatal motorcycle crash took place on Warren Avenue. At approximately 1 p.m. an officer saw two motorcyclists going south on Warren Avenue at a high rate of speed. The officer turned around to stop the motorcyclists and found that Ormsbee had slammed into a vehicle turning out onto Warren Avenue.

The Kitsap County Coroner identified the victim on Thursday and found the cause of his death as blunt force trauma and the manner was accidental. Officials said that speed played a role in the accident. No further details were provided.

The crash remains under review.
