According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a motorcycle accident occurred in El Paso on Wednesday.
The crash happened at Nuevo Hueco Tanks Road and Gateway East near Eastlake Boulevard at around 4:40 a.m.
According to the reports, an unknown motorcycle and the driver were involved in the collision.
28-year-old Diego Chavez was identified as the unknown driver of the motorcycle who suffered significant injuries.
The officials stated that Diego was rushed to the hospital for treatment and later was pronounced dead.
There have been no details disclosed about the occupants of the vehicle.
The El Paso Police are investigating whether drugs, alcohol, distracted driving, or speed played a factor in the crash.
