On Tuesday, a 23-year-old man, from Edmonds, suffered injuries following a two-vehicle collision near Bothell.
As per the initial information, the motorcycle crash took place on Interstate 405 at about 12:30 p.m. The early reports showed that the motorcycle was southbound on Interstate 405 when the vehicle, a Nissan Pathfinder, being driven by a 23-year-old Everett woman, changed lanes and crashed into the motorcycle.
The force of the collision pushed the motorcycle into the guardrail. The rider was thrown from the motorcycle due to the impact. On arrival, emergency crews transported the rider to Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center with unspecified injuries. The woman and her three passengers remained unharmed in the accident. No additional information has been provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
