According to the California Highway Patrol, a fatal crash was reported on Wednesday in Riverside. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motorcycle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred on westbound 91, east of Central Avenue. A motorcycle and a tractor-trailer struck one another.
The motorcyclist was identified as 21-year-old Christian Dominguez. Dominguez was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck.
Other details pertaining to the collision are pending determination. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
The crash continues to be investigated by the CHP. There are no other details available at this time.
