The Georgia State Patrol is investigating a motor vehicle crash on Sunday that injured two people. The crash happened on Northbound I-95 at Highway 21 near Port Wentworth around 5:25 p.m.
Officials said a Toyota Highlander was traveling north in the middle lane of I-95 when a motorcycle rear-ended the Highlander.
The motorcycle driver and the passenger sustained severe injuries from the crash and were flown to the hospital.
The Highlander passenger remained uninjured from the crash.
The interstate was shut down for two hours following the crash.
