The Washington State Patrol reported a motorcycle accident in Snoqualmie on Saturday. The accident occurred on Interstate 90, on the exit to State Route 18, just before midnight.
According to the officials, a stolen Harley-Davidson was driving the wrong way while headed east. This caused it to come into the path of a truck. The two vehicles crashed.
The driver of the motorcycle, identified only as a 30-year-old man from Maple Valley, was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
There were 2 people present in the truck at the time of the accident. Both of them, identified as a 23-year-old and a 31-year-old woman, were taken to Snoqualmie Valley Hospital with injuries.
The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated at this time.
