The California Highway Patrol reported a motorcycle accident that claimed the life of a motorcyclist in Bonsall on Friday. The accident occurred at Lawrence Welk Dr. and Champagne Boulevard in the Hidden Meadows area at around 6:47 p.m.
According to the officials, a motorcyclist was involved in a collision. The events leading up to the crash are not entirely clear at this time. The motorcyclist was fatally injured and was pronounced dead as a result of the accident.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
