The California Highway Patrol reported a motorcycle accident in Anaheim on Sunday morning. The accident occurred on the 91 Freeway, just west of Brookhurst Street at around 2:20 a.m.
According to the officials, a motorcycle was involved in the collision. The motorcycle was headed east on the highway when the driver lost control of the vehicle. This caused it to crash into the centre divider.
The driver of the motorcycle was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased victim has not been disclosed at this time.
The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
