1 Person Killed In A Motor Vehicle Crash In Milledgeville (Milledgeville, GA)

According to the Milledgeville Police Department, a solo motor vehicle crash that took place in Milledgeville killed a man on Thursday morning. 

Approximately at 9:00 a.m., a man driving his vehicle on the 2600 block of North Columbia Street crossed over southbound, for unknown reasons, and struck several trees. The man was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the authorities. 

The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
