According to the Oroville Police Department, a fatal crash was reported in Oroville. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motorcycle accident.

Authorities stated that the collision occurred at the intersection of Orange Ave and Boynton Ave. A motorcyclist was traveling at a high speed which resulted in the collision. Other insights pertaining to the accident are yet to be released.

At least one person was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the motorcyclist is pending determination. The officials have not confirmed if there were others injured due to the collision. 

The crash continues to be investigated by the OPD. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
