Officials confirmed that one person was injured due to the accident.
The driver of a stolen car was speeding away when he ran over a cyclist.
The cyclist was trapped under the car as a result of the wreck.
Some good samaritans and the Watsonville Police lifted the car and helped save the life of the cyclist.
The cyclist was in stable condition and was recovering from his injuries.
The suspected driver was arrested on various charges.
