On Thursday, one person suffered critical injuries following a two-vehicle collision in Loganville.
As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of Highway 78 at the entrance to Walmart at 1:19 p.m. after getting reports of a motorcycle crash. The early reports showed that a motorcycle and a pickup truck were involved in the collision.
On arrival, emergency personnel airlifted the motorcyclist by helicopter to Grady Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries. No one else was injured in the accident. The identity of the injured victim has not been revealed at this time. No other details are immediately available.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
