On early Friday, a man suffered injuries following a single-vehicle accident in San Diego.
As per the initial information, the motorcycle crash took place shortly after midnight on the eastbound ramp of state Route 94 at Home Avenue in the Fairmount Park neighborhood. The preliminary investigation showed that a man, who was 30, was going too fast when he ran a stop sign. The motorcycle went through the intersection before crashing into the guardrail on the east side of the street.
The motorcycle rider fractured his pelvis and left humerus in the accident. On arrival, emergency personnel rushed the man to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No additional information has been provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
