On Tuesday, one person was killed following a solo-vehicle accident in Scottsdale.
As per the initial information, the fatal motorcycle crash took place on Cave Creek Road at Bartlett Dam Road. The early reports showed that a motorcycle rider possibly went off the roadway and crashed in the desert for reasons that are yet to be known.
The northbound lanes of Cave Creek Road at Bartlett Dam Road were shut down as crews worked at the scene. Officers urged drivers to find alternate routes. The identity of the deceased will be released once the next of the kin is notified. No other information has been provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
