On Sunday night, a man lost his life following a two-vehicle collision in Lake Elsinore.
As per the initial information, the fatal motorcycle crash took place a little before 7:00 p.m. on Grand Avenue and McVicker Canyon Park Road. The early reports revealed that the motorcyclist was traveling west on Grand Avenue when he slammed into a vehicle at McVicker Canyon Park Road. On arrival, responders found the 38-year-old motorcyclist down in the road with major injuries.
The man later died of his injuries at the scene. On the other hand, paramedics transported the 25-year-old driver of the vehicle to a hospital in unknown condition. Officials closed Grand Avenue from Lincoln Street to Audelo Street as crews worked at the scene. No further details were provided.
An investigation is continuing.
