1 Motorcyclist Killed In A Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash In Santa Clarita (Santa Clarita, CA)

According to the California Highway Patrol, a fatal crash was reported on Tuesday in Santa Clarita. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motorcycle accident. Authorities stated that the hit-and-run collision occurred on the 7000 block of Soledad Canyon Road, east of Briggs Road.

A white single cab struck a motorcycle and fled. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. Other details including the identity of the motorcyclist remain unknown.

The cause of the wreck is yet to be determined. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. The crash continues to be investigated by the CHP.
