DeKalb County Police responded to a hit-and-run crash that killed a woman. The crash happened on Gresham Road and I-20 at 7:30 p.m.
According to the officers, the woman was struck by a vehicle. Upon the arrival of the police, that woman was lying dead in the middle of the road.
The woman is yet to be identified by the police. It is unclear what caused the crash and if alcohol was a factor.
Additional information regarding the crash is currently unavailable. An investigation into the crash is under review.
