On Tuesday afternoon, a woman lost her life after getting struck by a car in Memphis.
As per the initial information, the fatal auto-pedestrian crash took place in North Highland Street and Coleman Boulevard at about 5 p.m. The early reports showed that a vehicle hit a female pedestrian for reasons that are yet to be known.
The driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene after the collision. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No other details have been provided by the authorities.
