A woman received injuries following a two-vehicle accident early Friday morning in San Diego’s Corridor neighborhood.
As per the initial information, crews actively responded to the 3200 block of Orange Avenue after getting reports of a scooter crash at about 1 a.m. On arrival, they found the scooter’s female rider pinned under a parked vehicle.
The woman’s foot seemed to be stuck under a tire, but emergency crews managed to gently tug it free. The woman was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It is unclear what caused the accident. The identity of the victim has not been released. No other details are available.
An investigation is underway.
