A woman was injured after a traffic collision Tuesday afternoon in Sparks.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle crash took place on South Rock Boulevard and Shaber Avenue. The early reports showed that the woman was turning left at the intersection with Shaber Avenue when her vehicle was struck by a car.
On arrival, responders extricated the woman who was pinned inside the vehicle. She was then taken to a hospital with minimal injuries. The identity of the victim has not been released at this time. No additional information has been provided by the authorities.
The incident remains under review.
