Woman hospitalized after a fiery crash in the Bellevue area (Nashville, TN)

On early Thursday morning, a woman suffered injuries following a fiery crash in the Bellevue area.

As per the initial information, the single-vehicle accident took place at approximately 3 a.m. on Old Harding Pike near South Colony Drive. The early reports showed that the vehicle crashed into a utility pole and caught fire. According to the officials, a motorist passing by stopped, pulled the woman from the vehicle and called for help.

The woman was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Old Harding Pike was shut down in the immediate area as crews worked at the scene. Drivers were asked to avoid the area. No additional information has been provided by the authorities.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
