A woman lost her life following a rear-end collision on Interstate 10.
The fatal car crash took place on Interstate 10, close to mile marker 49. The preliminary investigation indicated that a vehicle driven by a woman crashed into a tractor trailer (Semi) from behind. The woman suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials.
The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. Reports further stated that traffic was rerouted onto Fabens Road. No additional information has been provided by the authorities.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
