Woman dead after a fiery, single-vehicle crash in DeKalb County (DeKalb County, GA)

A woman lost her life after a fiery crash in DeKalb County.

As per the initial information, the fatal single-vehicle accident took place in the 6900 block of Rockbridge Road in the Stone Mountain areas. The early reports showed that the woman’s car crashed into a pole for reasons that are yet to be known.

On arrival, emergency responders had to extinguish the fire before they could extricate the woman’s body. The woman was believed to be in her 30s. The identity of the deceased will be released once the next of kin is notified. No other details are available.

The incident remains under review.
