On Saturday morning, a driver received injuries following a two-vehicle collision on Lakeside Drive and Peckham Lane.
As per the Reno Police Department, at about 11:21 a.m., a vehicle tried to turn left from Lakeside Drive to Peckham Lane. Meanwhile, another vehicle coming from Lakeside Drive crashed into the first vehicle. Afterwards, responders rushed a person to a hospital with critical injuries.
Additionally, Major Accident Investigation Team reported that speed was a contributing factor in the crash. Later, the authorities blocked Peckham Lane and restricted traffic in Lakeside Drive.
The crash is under review.
