Two People Injured Seriously In A Multi-Vehicle Crash In Brownsville (Brownsville, TX)

According to the Brownsville Police Department, a multi-vehicle crash was reported in Brownsville.

Officials confirmed that two people sustained serious injuries due to the accident.

Authorities stated that the collision occurred at the 1100 block of Ruben M. Torres Blvd.

A total of three vehicles were involved in the wreck.

A Toyota Tacoma was seen racing a Ford F150.

The driver of the Tacoma was identified as 45-year-old Frank Luna.

Luna disregarded a red light and struck a vehicle.

This caused a chain reaction.

The drivers of the other two vehicles were critically injured and immediately hospitalized.

Luna was arrested by the Brownsville Police on charges of intoxication assault and two counts of racing on the highway and causing injury.
