A teen was hurt after a rollover crash Monday morning near downtown San Diego’s East Village.
As per the initial information, the single-vehicle accident took place on the State Route 94 ramp to northbound Interstate 5 at about 1:24 a.m. The unidentified teen victim was the only occupant of a vehicle that rolled over for unknown reasons.
The victim who incurred minor injuries was rescued from the vehicle and taken to UC San Diego Medical Center. The teen was then detained by the California Highway Patrol. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No other information is available.
The incident remains under review.
