On Tuesday night, multiple people suffered injuries after two crashes at a Lacey intersection.
As per the initial information, the traffic accidents took place at the intersection of Martin Way Northeast and Hensley Street Northeast. The first crash happened at about 9 p.m. in which a car and a motorcycle were involved.
The motorcycle rider was rushed to a hospital with serious injuries. The eastbound lanes were shut down as crews worked at the scene. The second accident occurred at approximately 11 p.m.
Four people received injuries as a result of the collision. Three of them were transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with critical injuries whereas one person was in serious condition. No other details are made available.
An investigation is ongoing.
