Several people injured after a three-vehicle pile-up in Pierce County (Eatonville, WA)

On early Thursday morning, several people suffered injuries following a multi-vehicle wreck in Pierce County.

As per the initial information, the three-vehicle pile-up took place on Mountain Highway at 304th St. E in Eatonville. According to the responders, multiple people were transported to the hospital after the collision. The extent of injuries sustained by the drivers involved in the wreck is unknown.

The events that have led up to the accident remain unclear at this time. The identities of the injured victims have not been revealed. Officials said that the highway has since reopened. No additional information has been provided by the authorities.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
