New Orleans Police Department responded to a pedestrian crash that injured a child. The crash happened Wednesday morning at the International School of Louisiana in the 1400 block of Magazine Street at about 8:16 a.m.
According to the officials, the child was crossing a street when she was struck by a passing vehicle.

The student sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital via EMS. 

The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with further investigations. 

No further details regarding the crash are currently available. 

The crash is being investigated.
