Power supply was disrupted after a truck slammed into a power pole and then crashed into a building Friday morning in Las Vegas. The building is next to a garage used by limousines and taxis.
As per the initial information, the traffic collision took place on Industrial Road and Boston Avenue near The STRAT Friday morning. The incident left around 1,000 customers without power. NV Energy expects the power to be restored in the area at about 10:30 a.m.
The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. It is unknown anyone was injured or required hospitalization as a result of the wreck. No further details are available.
An investigation is underway.
