On Sunday, One person was killed after a truck flipped over and caught fire on I-12, according to the Baton Rouge Police Department.
As per the initial information, the fiery accident took place on I-12 West, close to the Drusilla Lane exit. The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development stated that I-12 West was shut down in the area for more than three hours.
The circumstances that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. It is also currently unconfirmed if anyone received injuries as a result of the collision. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified.
