One person in serious condition after a three-vehicle wreck on 28th Street (Wyoming, MI)

On Thursday afternoon, one person was seriously injured following a wreck on 28th Street.

As per the initial information, the multi-vehicle accident took place at 28th Street and Byron Center in Wyoming. The early reports showed that a semi-truck and two cars were involved in the collision. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time.

It is also unclear if anyone else was injured as a result of the crash. All lanes of traffic were shut down for several hours and reopened at about 6:30 p.m. Drivers were urged to avoid the area while crews worked at the scene. No other details are available.

The wreck remains under active review.
