One person hurt after a two-vehicle accident near Idalou (Idalou, TX)

One person incurred minor injuries after a traffic collision Wednesday morning near Idalou.

As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident was reported at about 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of North Farm-to-Market Road 400 and East County Road 5900. The early reports showed that a pickup truck and a bus were involved in the collision.

The reports further revealed that the driver of the bus failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and pulled out in front of the truck, causing the crash. On arrival, emergency responders took the driver of the pickup truck to University Medical Center in Lubbock with minor injuries. The bus driver remained uninjured in the accident. No other details are available.

The incident remains under review.
