One person died and another received injuries following a rollover crash Saturday in Clay County.
As per the initial information, the fatal traffic collision took place at around 4 p.m. on US 287 near Lone Star Road. The early reports showed that a truck heading southbound on US 287 flipped for undetermined reasons.
The passenger of the vehicle was declared dead at the scene, and the driver was flown to United Regional with unspecified injuries. The identities of the victims have not been released at this time. Authorities described the truck as a dark Ford pickup. No other details are available.
