Authorities identified 52-year-old Charlotte Hemmingway, a Marksville woman, who died of her injuries yesterday after a single-vehicle crash that happened on October 10.
According to the investigation reports, the fatal incident took place on Louisiana Highway 107, close to Ruby Wise Road. At about 1 p.m. on Oct 10, Charlotte Hemmingway was going north on HWY 107 when her vehicle drifted off the right side of the roadway, went into a ditch and rolled over.
On arrival, emergency crews transported Hemmingway to a hospital with moderate injuries. On October 18, Officials were informed that she had succumbed to her injuries.
An investigation continues.
