Officials identified 37-year-old Stephanie Osborne who died after a fiery crash on 405 Freeway (Long Beach, CA)

Authorities identified 37-year-old Stephanie Osborne as the woman who was killed after her car crashed into a freeway sign and guardrail in Long Beach on Nov. 26.

As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area near a southbound lane of Lakewood Boulevard and the northbound 405 Freeway on-ramp at about 9 p.m. to reports of fiery car accident. Stephanie Osborne was driving a Chrysler 300 sedan when the fatal incident took place.

She was declared dead at the scene, according Los Angeles County coroner’s office. According to the coroner’s office, the medical examiner is trying to determine the cause of death further, as it is unclear if Osborne died as a result of the crash or some other medical emergency. No other details are available.

An investigation is ongoing.
