Officials believe impairment a factor in rollover crash at N. McCarran and N. Virginia (Reno, NV)

Emergency crews promptly responded to a rollover crash at around 5:20 p.m. Sunday evening near N. McCarran and N. Virginia.

Reno Police Department says a vehicle attempted to overtake other cars in the slow lane by moving on the right on the shoulder of the road.

The vehicle successfully passed the cars. However, when the driver tried to return to the slow lane, officials say the car struck an SUV and flipped over.

Officials state that only one person sustained minor injuries with a cut to the head.

Moreover, officials believe that Impairment might be a contributing factor in the crash.
