Multi-vehicle pile-up leaves a teen in critical condition in Phoenix; 2 others hospitalized (Phoenix, AZ)

On Tuesday night, a crash involving two vehicles and a city bus left two teens and a woman in hospital in Phoenix.

The multi-vehicle accident took place at 35th and Dunlap avenues at about 7:30 p.m. Firefighters state that a 16-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital in serious condition.

A 41-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy were taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition, firefighters added. Police are trying to determine the cause that led to the crash. Firefighters did not confirm if the victims were in the vehicles or in the bus. As per reports, the crash damaged a silver Toyota sedan and a dark-colored SUV, did not cause any severe damage to the city bus. Traffic is restricted in the area.

The wreck remains under investigation.
