Medical Examiner identifies a 35-year-old Chadwick Short killed in crash on Northeast Side (San Antonio, TX)

A 35-year-old Chadwick Short lost his life following a fatal collision on the city’s Northeast Side, San Antonio police said Sunday.

As per police, Chadwick was steering his motorcycle on FM 78 when he t-boned a four-door sedan that was coming out of a private property parking lot. Afterwards, responders rushed the man to the Brooke Army Medical Center where he succumbed from his injuries. Furthermore, authorities said that it is unknown why both drivers failed to see each other before the deadly crash. Police have not filed any charges in the crash as of now. Sadly, the man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. However, the other driver remained on scene to cooperate with the police in the investigation.

The crash is under investigation.
