On Saturday, a man and woman lost their lives following a high-speed crash in northeast Houston.

As per the initial information, the fatal traffic collision took place after 10 p.m. on Homestead Road and Leedale Street. Witnesses informed the officers that they saw the pickup truck racing another vehicle at a very high speed.
