According to the Tyler Police Department, a fatal crash was reported on Thursday in Tyler. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motor vehicle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred on State Highway 64. A Chevrolet Trailblazer and a Dodge Ram struck one another. As a result of this, one occupant of the Trailblazer was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck.
The driver of the Trailblazer was identified as 38-year-old Krystle Medeiros. The deceased person was named as Mederios’s daughter. The cause of the accident has been determined to be the influence of alcohol. The crash continues to be investigated by the TPD.
