The Wichita Falls Police Department reported a two-vehicle crash on Thursday.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Call Field and Fairway shortly after 7 a.m.
According to the officials, the wreck involved a silver Lincoln Navigator and a gray GMC Yukon.
The driver of the Lincoln is believed to have had a medical issue that caused the wreck.
There were only minor injuries reported. No other passengers were present in either of the vehicle.
The identities of both drivers have not been disclosed.
The crash is still being investigated.
It is not known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident.
