The Texas Department Of Public Safety reported a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday. The officials confirmed that two people died in the accident. According to the officials, the deceased victim was identified as 22-year-old Garett Guy Garcia and 15-year-old Armando Castillo.
Around 10:37 a.m., a blue Honda travelling northbound on Mile 6 West at a high rate of speed lost control, went into a side skid, and struck a concrete fence on the side of a house. The driver Garett Guy Garcia and the passenger Armando Castillo were pronounced dead at the scene. Both males were residents of Elsa.
The events leading to the collision are not yet known. The authorities are still investigating the cause of the fatal crash. It is unknown whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
