Careless driving in Mountlake Terrace resulted in five cars crashing into one another on I-5 Monday morning.
Washington State Trooper Rocky Oliphant told that the front vehicle had slowed down for traffic. Meanwhile, a second vehicle driver, who was driving too closely behind, smashed into the first vehicle. Afterwards, the third, fourth and fifth vehicles collided respectively. Then, medics shifted one driver to the hospital with minimal injuries. Furthermore, authorities have not provided any other details regarding the accident.
An investigation regarding the incident is ongoing.
