Car burst into flames after rollover crash involving a single vehicle.
As per WSP, 20-year-old Anthony Vargas Martinez, of Othello, was speeding while driving under the influence when he crashed his car near highway 395.
Authorities say Vargas Martinez was the sole occupant while going northbound on 395. Just after 9:30 about ten miles north of Pasco, he lost balance of the vehicle and rolled off the highway.
Vargas Martinez managed to get out his car and move away before flames fully engulfed the vehicle.
Medics shifted him to Lourdes Medical Center for non-serious injuries.
WSP charged Vargas Martinez with DUI and reckless driving.
