According to San Antonio police, a driver died following a deadly crash that involved two vehicles on the Northeast Side.
The incident took place on Sunday at about 3 pm on Peran Beiter Road and Thousand Oaks Drive. Police said that the car driver was traveling on Thousand Oaks on El Sendero Street when he came in the way of a truck. According to officials, a truck smashed into a car and the blow claimed life of the car driver. Additionally, the truck driver received injuries as a result of the crash. Afterwards, medics shifted the truck driver to a local hospital in a stable condition. Authorities have not revealed any other details regarding the wreck.
An investigation is ongoing.
