A driver lost his life after his car veered off the road hitting trees, and causing the car to burst into flames.
Houston Police reached the scene at about 3:50 a.m. to the 400 block of El Dorado Drive, where they found the driver deceased. Authorities reported that the victim was an adult male, but the severity of the burns made his identification difficult. Officials have the vehicle plate numbers and will attempt to reach out to family. Police believe that speed might be a factor in the fatal wreck.
An investigation is ongoing.
