TxDOT has reopened I-35 after an accident involving 18-wheeler caused lane closures at the Ross Road Bridge in the West area.
Authorities said a jackknifed 18-wheeler struck the inside concrete wall of the interstate 35 in the northbound lanes.
Crews, including sand trucks, set off towards the crash scene to treat that area of I-35 due to reports of several accidents in the area.
Authorities blocked the northbound lanes of I-35. However, they opened it for traffic again on Wednesday night.
